EmAI Joins the EastSideFab Innovation Community

We're glad to share that the board of the EastSideFab Innovation Community has unanimously approved EmAI Robotics GmbH's membership by circular resolution. As of 1 June 2026, we are an official member.

What is EastSideFab?

EastSideFab is an innovation community where companies, researchers, and practitioners come together not just to discuss new technologies, but to try them out. That approach fits us well: we learn by doing, collect data from real-world deployments, and share what works -- and what doesn't.

Why it's a good fit

Cognitive robotics doesn't mature in the lab alone -- it matures where people, machines, and real tasks meet. A network like EastSideFab gives us:

• Proximity to practice: Exchange with companies facing concrete automation questions.
• Collaboration: An environment where joint tests and open knowledge transfer are the norm.
• Regional roots: Innovation grounded in the region, in line with our principles -- independent, European, practice-oriented.

What we want to contribute

We bring what we do best: getting cognitive robots into real environments, assessing them vendor-neutrally, and making the resulting knowledge accessible. We look forward to joint projects, honest discussions, and robots that support people -- not replace them.
